What’s the difference between a plan and a coach?

A training plan is static, it doesn’t respond when life throws curveballs. A coach, on the other hand, is a partner. We adjust your plan weekly based on your progress, energy, race schedule, or unexpected changes. We offer feedback, answer questions, and make sure you're progressing strategically instead of winging it.

How many months do you need to train for a half marathon?

Most runners need between three and four months of structured training to prepare for a half marathon. This time frame allows you to build endurance gradually, increase mileage safely, and add key workouts like long runs, tempo sessions, and intervals. If you already run consistently, around twelve weeks may be enough, while beginners or runners aiming for a personal best often benefit from closer to sixteen weeks. 

What if I’ve had injuries in the past?

That’s exactly why personalized coaching matters. We specialize in biomechanics, stride analysis, and injury prevention. We'll assess your history, design strength and mobility routines to target weak points, and adapt your running load to minimize risk while building resilience. You won’t be pushed, you’ll be supported.

How does virtual coaching actually work?

Once you join, you’ll get access to the BeFit training platform and mobile app. You'll receive your weekly training schedule, message your coach directly for adjustments or questions, and upload your data from your GPS watch or phone. We also offer optional video calls for form reviews, check-ins, and support. It’s like having a coach in your pocket.
